The JKM710-735N-66HL5-BDV is a new generation of bifacial solar modules in the Tiger Neo series. It utilizes N-type monocrystalline silicon cells and advanced HOT 3.0 technology, offering power outputs from 710W to 735W with a maximum conversion efficiency of 23.66%. This module is renowned for its high power, high efficiency, and excellent bifacial power generation capabilities. Its core advantage lies in its N-type TOPCon cell structure—a combination of a tunneling oxide layer and a doped polycrystalline silicon layer—significantly reducing carrier recombination losses and improving open-circuit voltage and conversion efficiency, offering significant advantages over traditional PERC cells. The module supports back-side reflected light generation, further increasing the overall power output per unit area.

It measures 2384×1303×33mm and weighs approximately 37.5kg. It employs a half-cell, bifacial, double-glass design, with 2.0mm coated tempered glass on both the front and back sides. Combined with an IP68-rated junction box and an anodized aluminum alloy frame, it boasts excellent PID resistance and weather resistance. This module boasts a power temperature coefficient of -0.29%/°C, maintaining high power generation efficiency even in high-temperature environments. It offers a 12-year product warranty, with a first-year power degradation guarantee of no more than 1% and a 30-year linear power output guarantee of no less than 87.4%.

This module is suitable for various scenarios including rooftop distributed photovoltaics, commercial and industrial power plants, and large-scale ground-mounted power plants.
