We have adopted advanced technology and independently designed the ZGS, ZFS, ZGSH, and ZFSH series American-style box substations, suitable for 10kV and 20kV grid operation. The transformer features a fully insulated structure, eliminating the need for insulation distance, ensuring reliable personnel safety. The windings use a Dyn11 connection configuration, which offers notable advantages such as high voltage quality, stable neutral point without drift, and low noise. These products are widely used in factories, streets, various buildings, residential communities, commercial centers, and other locations. They are adaptable for both ring networks and terminal connections, offering easy conversion and enhancing power supply reliability.
We are equipped with fully automated production lines, with strict automatic control at each stage, from material cutting, stamping, winding to assembly, ensuring production efficiency and product consistency. We use advanced fully enclosed vacuum impregnation technology, which effectively enhances the transformer's insulation performance, reduces noise, and extends the product's lifespan.
