We like to buy your panels, because the price is good, but the price is not most important. I don't like to buy trash. How do I know your solar panels have good quality? Everybody says they are A grade panels, how can I trust you?
Firstly, we make new panels not stock panels. We will provide the flash test report. Series number, Power rates, voltage, and current are all mentioned on the flash test report for individual solar panels. The stock panels do not have any database. You don't know if they are defective or broken panels. In addition to that, please ask to provide the flash test photo and EL photo for each panel.
I am also worried about my payment safety. How can you guarantee 100% payment security?
If you are concerned about payment safety, we can perform Trade Assurance Payment for mutual safety.
How do I ask for support if the product fails under warranty?
1. Email us the PI number, serial number, product S/N number, and PCB board number. Most importantly, provide the description of the failure products (under correct operation conditions), along with detailed pictures or video.
2. We will submit your case to our after-sales department to satisfy your demand. If there is any verified quality problem, you can get a refund directly.
3. Usually, within 24 hours, we will email you the best solutions.
What is the standard delivery time for a bulk order?
The standard delivery time is 15 working days after receiving the payment for a full container.
What is the warranty period for these monocrystalline solar panels?
We offer a 30-year limited product warranty. Additionally, we provide a linear power warranty of 12 years at 90% of nominal power output, and 30 years at 83.1% of nominal power output.
What core quality and management certifications do your products and facilities hold?
Our products meet international standards including IEC61215, IEC61730, and CE. Our facilities are certified under ISO9001:2008 (Quality Management), ISO14001:2004 (Environmental Management), and OHSAS18001:2007 (Occupational Health & Safety).
