QWhat are your payment terms?
We accept T/T (Bank Transfer), Alibaba Trade Assurance, Credit Card, PayPal, and Escrow.
Standard: 30% deposit, 70% balance before delivery.
For small orders below 1000 USD, 100% T/T is required to confirm the order.
QWhat if the products have quality issues?
We have strict quality control. Our defective rate is less than 0.2%.
For defective products: Please send a video or photo showing the issue. We will analyze it.
Resolution: If it's confirmed as our fault, we will send replacement parts or new lights with your next order (pcs-to-pcs compensation) or arrange a repair/resend, depending on the situation.
